Job Description/Requirements
The Operations Administrative Assistant is expected to take initiative and think creatively about how they can successfully help the leadership team.
Key responsibilities for the role will include:
- To take on other specific tasks related to the day-to-day administrative operation of the organisation, being flexible and prepared to offer assistance and support where needed
- Diligently maintaining Black Pharma’s shared trackers (spreadsheets) ensuring all data is maintained and kept up to date
- Having a clear grasp of client services booking systems and processes for career consultation and mentoring
- Monitor and manage email mailbox to update appropriate records
- Minuting meetings as and when requested
- Carrying out internet research tasks as required to inform the work team
- Collating and summarising information from different sources to inform the work of the team
- Providing technical and logistical support for events

Role Requirements:
- Willingness to learn and support the administration of Black Pharma organisational activities
- Experience of using MS Office, particularly Outlook, Word and Excel.
- Excellent written and verbal communications skills
- Organised and dedicated to the role
- Ability to work to deadlines
- Driven by both individual performances and the desire to see the wider team succeed
- Friendly, approachable and able to build supportive relationships with Black Pharma members
