Job Summary
The Administrative Assistant to the CEO provides high-level administrative, organizational, and clerical support to ensure the smooth functioning of the CEO’s daily activities. This role is critical in enabling the CEO to focus on strategic initiatives by managing schedules, coordinating communications, preparing documents, and ensuring operational efficiency across the CEO’s office.

Job Description/Requirements
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the CEO’s calendar, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments and events.
- Prepare correspondence, reports, presentations, and briefing materials as directed.
- Handle confidential documents and information with a high degree of discretion.
- Serve as the first point of contact for internal and external parties reaching out to the CEO.
- Coordinate logistics for executive meetings, including room bookings, agenda setting, and minute taking.
- Maintain a comprehensive filing and record-keeping system for the CEO’s office.
- Assist with travel arrangements, accommodation, and expense reconciliation for the CEO.
- Follow up on tasks assigned by the CEO to other departments and individuals to ensure timely delivery.
- Support the Executive Office in organizing special projects, board documentation, or stakeholder engagements.
- Act as a liaison between the CEO’s office and other departments for administrative matters.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Secretarial Studies, or related field.
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar administrative support role.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Ability to work independently with discretion, initiative, and good judgment.
- High attention to detail and ability to multitask under pressure.

Salary Range: GHS 2,500 – GHS 5,000
