The preferred candidate should live around Osu, Labadi, Cantonments and environs. They should have at least three years of experience in a similar role.

Job Description/Requirements
The Administrative Assistant supports the school administration, faculty, staff, students, and parents.
Primary Responsibilities are:
- Greet visitors, answer phone calls, and respond to general inquiries in a professional and friendly manner.
- Collaborate with teachers and parents to gather and update student information as needed.
- Coordinate communication between parents, teachers, and students as necessary.
- Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and events at the school.
- Coordinate school events, such as parent-teacher conferences, seminars, and workshops.
- Manage and maintain office supplies, inventory, and equipment.
- Maintain accurate records of student attendance, enrollment, and relevant documentation.
- Provide administrative support to teachers, staff, and the school's executive body, including photocopying, filing, and data entry.
- Assist with the preparation and distribution of school documents, including memos, reports, permission slips, and any paperwork related to student activities.
Responsibilities & Requirements:
- Proven experience as an administrative assistant, preferably in an educational setting.
- Proficient computer skills, including MS Office applications, and the ability to learn new software systems quickly.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize workload effectively.
- Attention to detail and a high degree of accuracy in performing administrative tasks.
- Discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive information.
- Knowledge of educational systems and procedures is a plus.
- Experience with the special needs population is a major plus
