Key Responsibilities
- Identify and onboard prospective vehicle dealers.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with assigned dealers.
- Promote the company’s vehicle financing solutions.
- Generate quality leads and convert them into successful sales.
- Conduct regular dealer visits and provide market feedback.
- Meet assigned sales and activity targets.
- Prepare and submit accurate sales reports.
Requirements
- HND or Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
- Previous sales, marketing, business development, or customer-facing experience is an advantage.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong interpersonal and relationship management skills.
- Self-motivated and target-driven.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Must be willing to travel within assigned territories.
