We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Accounts Officer to support our finance, logistics, and sales functions. This is a 3-month fixed-term role ideal for someone with a strong accounting background and hands-on experience with Sage Pastel.

Job Description/Requirements
Key Responsibilities:
Sales & Customer Service
- Prepare customer quotations
- Generate system invoices
- Support walk-in/shop floor sales
Logistics & Procurement
- Assist with local purchases
- Support accounts payable processing
- Help coordinate dispatch logistics and documentation
Accounting & Admin
- Enter transaction data into accounting systems
- Maintain accurate filing of financial documents
Skills & Competencies:
- Excellent attention to detail
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and under time pressure
- Customer-focused with a proactive mindset
Minimum Requirements:
- Qualification: HND in Accounting or related field
- Experience: 2 to 3 years in a similar role
- Software: Trained and proficient in Sage Pastel
Location: Must reside around Spintex Road or nearby areas
