Your 3+ years of experience working as an Accounting Manager for an Accounting Practice or Accounting BPO with a strong background in UK Accounting Practices will help you succeed in this role.

Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Work with a portfolio of SME clients
- Build and maintain strong, professional relationships with clients from a variety of industries in the UK
- Provide support to clients on various accounting matters, financial performance management, financial strategy, financial analysis, key decision making, financial process optimization, performance improvement, and other performance related topic based on the direction of the Finance Manager
- Mentor, groom, train and manage a team of professional accountants to deliver the monthly bookkeeping process for a portfolio of clients, including bank reconciliations, fixed assets, raising journal entries and preparing management reports in Xero
- Prepare Unaudited/Group Unaudited Financial Statements for clients
- Prepare VAT quarterly filings
- Oversee payroll support for clients and monthly submissions
- Perform other duties or tasks to be assigned by the immediate superior or account/finance manager
Requirements:
To be considered for this role you must have:
- Previously used your Accounting expertise to support a portfolio of UK clients
- Demonstrable UK Accounting experience at an Accounting Manager level
- Highly proficient in Accounting Softwares such as Xero, Quickbooks and Dext
- Strong English communication skills (C1+) and relationship building skills
- Worked meticulously and largely independently with your team, to produce high quality work.
