Accountant

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day accounting operations, including accounts payable and receivable.
• Perform account analysis and balance sheet reconciliation to ensure financial accuracy.
• Maintain general ledger entries by recording debits and credits accurately.
• Prepare financial statements and reports as per corporate accounting standards.
• Process invoices, payments, and payroll in a timely and efficient manner.
• Utilize 10-key typing skills for efficient data entry and record-keeping.
• Collaborate with external auditors during audits and provide necessary documentation.
• Stay updated on financial regulations and accounting concepts to ensure compliance.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel, with strong analytical skills for account analysis.
• Solid understanding of financial concepts and corporate accounting practices.
• Experience with balance sheet reconciliation and maintaining accurate financial records.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
• Excellent organizational skills, ensuring timely completion of financial tasks.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with effective communication skills.
• Knowledge of QuickBooks Online is an added advantage.
