Accountant (Must be 36+ years)

Key Responsibilities:

• Financial Management: Maintaining accurate financial records at all times.
• Budgeting & Forecasting: Prepare financial forecasts and assist in budget planning.
• Tax Compliance: Ensure timely tax filings and compliance with Ghanaian tax laws.
• Accounts Payable & Receivable: Manage invoices, payments, and reconciliations.
• Payroll Processing: Oversee employee salary payments and statutory deductions.
• Audit & Reporting: Conduct internal audits and generate financial reports for management.
• Cost Analysis: Evaluate financial data to identify cost-saving opportunities.
• Regulatory Compliance: Ensure adherence to financial policies and industry regulations.
• Financial Strategy: Provide insights to optimize financial performance and support business growth.

 Qualifications & Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or related field.
• 3+ years of experience working as an accountant.
• Proficiency in accounting software - Tally.
• Strong knowledge of Ghanaian tax laws and financial regulations.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
• Strong communication skills for financial reporting and stakeholder engagement.
• Must be 36+ years
