Accountant

Responsibilities:

• Manage the reconciliation of weekly sales, inventory and accounts.
• Develop financial models for budget planning for the effective financial management of the various company departments.
• Analyze costs, pricing, variable contributions, sales, and expenses and compare the company’s actual performance to standards and budget.
• Develop profitability models and dashboards to analyze sales performance across years.
• Conduct reviews and evaluations for financial process structures and processes and provide recommendations.
• Provide monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports and interpret financial information to management while recommending further courses of action.
• Internal audit of inventory and accounts reconciliation
• Build forecasts for business planning and growth.
• Documentation of financial processes for standardization and efficiency of financial management
• Other analysis and documentation to improve the financial health of the company.

Requirements:

• At Lease HND in Accountant
• At least 2 years experience

Location: Accra
