Account Officer

A reputable company in the electronics production and distribution industry is seeking to hire a dedicated and detail-oriented Account Officer to join their finance team in Obuasi.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare, issue, and manage invoices in a timely and accurate manner.
  

• Maintain up-to-date financial records and assist with monthly reports.
  

• Support general accounting operations including reconciliations and data entry.
  

• Liaise with internal departments to ensure proper documentation and compliance.

Requirements

• Diploma, HND, or Degree in Accounting or Finance.
  

• 1–3 years’ work experience in a similar role within a corporate setting.
  

• Strong experience in issuing invoices .
  

• Must reside in Obuasi .
  

• Ability to assume the role.
