Job Description/Requirements
Key Responsibilities:
- Daily verification of sales, expenses and cash at hand
- Manage petty cash and prepare cash flow for branch operations
- Oversee procurement payments and supplier reconciliations
- Ensure strict compliance to financial policies and internal controls
- Monitor stock movement with storekeepers and report discrepancies
- Generate daily and weekly financial reports
- Support audits and branch reviews when required
Requirements:
- Minimum HND / Degree in Accounting, Finance or related field
- Strong integrity and discipline — zero tolerance for shortcuts
- Ability to work under pressure and handle conflict professionally
- Excellent communication, Excel and reporting skills
- Experience in the hospitality/restaurant industry is an advantage
- Must be willing to work flexible hours when necessary
Salary range- GHS 4,000-5,000 gross
