PawaTech is looking for a Senior User Researcher with an inherent passion for teamwork spirit. As a Senior User Researcher, you will be focusing on understanding user needs and behaviours to inform product development. You will take ownership of research initiatives, from planning through to analysis.

As the initial point of contact for Diallog, you represent our company to customers. Your friendly, knowledgeable demeanour and problem-solving skills are crucial. You prioritize customer needs and take ownership of their issues, ensuring resolutions through effective troubleshooting.

Our backend is built with Elixir and Phoenix, with a Postgres database. We use React and Nextjs for our front-end. Gitlab is used as a version control tool, issue tracker and a CI/CD solution. Our applications are hosted on AWS. We fully rely on our CI for deployments and deploy multiple times per day.
