ServiceNow Certified Professional Training

ServiceNow is one of the world's fastest-growing enterprise platforms. Banks, telecoms, governments and global consultancies run their IT, HR and customer operations on it — and certified ServiceNow professionals are in short supply worldwide.  You do not need ServiceNow experience to apply, just the right IT foundation.

The Offer

• A structured 6-month programme: platform training, hands-on labs and real project work

• Two days per week in an office, with the remaining days completed remotely

• The possibility of placement with one of our partner organisations in Canada, USA, UK or Europe serving international clients, based on your performance

Cost and Outcomes

The programme fee for all 4 certifications, training, hands on labs and job preparation is USD 3000 plus VAT (USD 3600 in total), payable in Ghana Cedis at the prevailing rate — only if you are selected. You do not pay anything to apply. This fee will be paid to our training partner, an established ServiceNow affiliate, whose details will be shared with shortlisted candidates. It is our goal to place every candidate who successfully completes the certification programme, but this is not guaranteed; it depends on performance and available positions. Even if you are not placed initially, a ServiceNow qualification is highly sought after.

Certified ServiceNow professionals command strong salaries and are increasingly desired by consultancies and enterprises worldwide. ServiceNow work is largely remote-friendly and English-based, so certified specialists in Ghana can compete on equal terms.

The Six Tracks

Apply once and tell us which track fits your background. Each track has minimum entry criteria.

1. IT Support / Help Desk / SysAdmin → ServiceNow Administrator / ITSM Specialist

Minimum 2 years in N1/N2 support with ticketing tools (Jira, Zendesk, Remedy or similar). Working knowledge of ITIL concepts. Active Directory or Microsoft 365 experience is a strong plus.

2. Business Analyst / Product Owner → Process / Functional Consultant

2–6 years as a BA, Scrum Master, PMO or functional analyst. Experience running requirements workshops and writing user stories and functional documentation. Agile/Scrum backgrounds highly valued.

 3. JavaScript Developer → ServiceNow / Integration Developer

5+ years overall IT experience, including 5 years + in JavaScript development (mandatory). REST APIs, JSON and Git proficiency required.

4. QA / Testing → ServiceNow QA Lead / ATF Specialist

5+ years overall IT experience, including 3–5 years in QA or test coordination. Rigorous test documentation and defect reporting. Automation experience (Selenium, Cypress) is a major asset.

5. Process / Operations → Process Consultant / Workflow Analyst

3–8 years in operations within a regulated or process-driven sector (banking, insurance, telecom, manufacturing, customer service). Experience with SLAs, escalations and documented processes.

6. Deployment / DevOps / Release Expert → ServiceNow DevOps / Release Manager

5+ years overall IT experience, including 3–5 years in DevOps or release management. Hands-on CI/CD in production, at least one IaC tool (Terraform, Ansible) and one monitoring tool.

Eligibility

• You must meet the minimum criteria for at least one track

• Legally able to work in Ghana, with strong written and spoken English

• Minimum HND or Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, or a recognised professional certification plus the required years of experience for your chosen track. 

• Able to attend our office 1-2 days per week for six months

• Able to fund the programme fee if selected

How Selection Works

1. Apply online — one form covers all six tracks

2. Screening against your chosen track's minimum criteria

3. Tests and interviews for shortlisted candidates. Candidates are assessed through four stages, with both technical and business case stages

4. Selection — Only a maximum of 10 candidates in total will be offered a place
