Job Description/Requirements
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Calling potential customers to explain company products and encourage purchases.
- Developing in-depth knowledge of company products.
- Provide monthly sales reports, monthly expense reports and any assigned reports to Area Sales Manager in a timely manner.
- Implement sales strategies to meet company targets and objectives.
- Maintain strong relationships with retailers and clients to boost sales.
- Conducting market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs.
- Build relationships with potential customers and provide excellent customer service.
- Facilitate cold and warm calls to prospective leads; schedule and follow through on calls with leads and current customers.
- Answer all lead and customer questions accurately; prioritize and/or escalate lead and customer questions as needed.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, business management, marketing, or related field is preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team.
- Must be familiar with the market in all region of Ghana
