Responsibilities:
- Prepare and cook three meals daily (breakfast, lunch, and dinner) for staff.
- Ensure meals are prepared consistently and served on time each day.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen and food preparation areas.
- Follow food safety standards and proper cooking procedures.
- Assist in learning and preparing Chinese dishes as required (training will be provided).
- Manage food supplies and report any shortages when necessary.
- Keep kitchen equipment clean and in good working condition.
- Reside at the project site and be available to meet daily cooking needs
Requirements:
- Basic experience in cooking, prepare three meals daily for staff, including breakfast, lunch, and dinner
- Ability to prepare daily meals consistently
- Some understanding of Chinese food is a plus(training will be provided)
- Must be clean, responsible, and hardworking
- Able to stay at the project site
