Key Responsibilities
Sales Attendant (Front of House / Counter Staff)
- Greet customers and assist with menu selection
- Take and process orders accurately
- Handle cash, POS systems, and mobile payments
- Serve food and beverages
- Maintain cleanliness of serving and dining areas
- Respond to customer inquiries and complaints
- Promote specials and upsell items
Requirements
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic math and cash-handling ability
- Friendly and professional attitude
- Previous customer service experience (preferred)
Sales in Kitchen (Kitchen Sales / Assistant)
- Receive and organize customer orders from the sales/front desk
- Communicate orders clearly to kitchen staff
- Ensure orders are prepared correctly and on time
- Package food for takeaway or delivery
- Double-check order accuracy before handing over
- Coordinate with delivery personnel or riders
- Assist in basic kitchen tasks when needed
