The Kitchen Supervisor oversees daily kitchen operations, ensuring food is prepared efficiently, safely, and to quality standards while managing kitchen staff. And the chef will be responsible for preparing meals, creating menus, and ensuring consistent quality in food production.

- Supervise kitchen staff and coordinate daily activities
- Ensure food quality, taste, and presentation meet standards
- Monitor food preparation and cooking processes
- Enforce hygiene, sanitation, and food safety regulations
- Manage inventory, stock levels, and ordering supplies
- Train new kitchen employees
- Resolve issues during service (delays, mistakes, shortages)
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen
- Experience in kitchen operations or food service
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices
- Ability to work under pressure and multitask
- Prepare and cook meals according to recipes or menu plans
- Develop new dishes and improve existing ones
- Ensure proper portioning and presentation
- Maintain cleanliness and proper food handling
