Job summary
The Vendor & Artisan Onboarding Specialist is responsible for identifying, engaging, verifying, and onboarding artisans and vendors onto the CostMyBuild platform. This is a results-driven, execution-focused role requiring daily interaction with real people in the construction space.

Key Responsibilities
- Identify artisans and vendors across multiple construction trades
- Explain the CostMyBuild platform clearly and confidently
- Collect required onboarding information and documentation
- Assist artisans and vendors to complete onboarding via the app and WhatsApp
- Verify basic credibility using photos, experience, and references
- Follow up to complete incomplete profiles
- Maintain professional WhatsApp communication
- Ensure all profiles are accurate and usable
Success Metrics (KPIs)
- Number of verified artisans and vendors onboarded
- Quality and completeness of onboarded profiles
- Responsiveness and follow-through
- Daily consistency and activity
Required Qualifications
- Based in Ghana
- Owns a smartphone with reliable internet
- Very comfortable using WhatsApp daily
- Strong communication skills (English required; local languages a plus)
- Ability to follow instructions and meet targets
- Self-motivated and proactive
- Available during Ghana daytime hours
Preferred Experience
- Sales, field marketing, or community outreach
- Recruitment or onboarding roles
- Construction, real estate, or trade environments
- Familiarity with artisan or vendor networks
- Ability to move around if needed
Compensation: Performance-based pay per verified onboarding, with bonuses for consistency and quality. Opportunity to grow into an Onboarding Lead or Manager role as the platform scales.
