Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and engage potential customers in a professional and friendly manner.
- Understand customer needs and recommend suitable vehicle models and financing options.
- Conduct vehicle demonstrations and coordinate test drives.
- Prepare and present vehicle quotations and sales agreements.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly vehicle sales targets.
- Maintain accurate records of customer information and sales activities.
- Liaise with the finance and insurance departments to finalize vehicle sales.
- Follow up with customers after sales to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.
- Represent the company at trade shows, exhibitions, and promotional events.
Qualifications and Skills
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in automotive sales or a related industry.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent customer service and relationship management abilities.
- Goal-oriented and self-motivated with a strong sales drive.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
- Valid driver’s license and ability to drive manual and automatic vehicles.
