Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Manage all fleet processes: procurement, licensing, insurance, and deployment.
- Enforce operational standards for bike usage, safety, and servicing.
- Lead mechanics and support staff to ensure vehicle availability.
- Track fleet metrics (utilization, breakdown rate, service compliance).
- Oversee installation of GPS, branding, and security systems.
- Maintain vendor relationships for repairs and servicing.
- Coordinate with rider support and recovery teams on escalations.
- Recommend strategies for vehicle performance and cost improvement.
Qualifications & Responsibilities:
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Operations, or Logistics.
- 3–5 years experience in vehicle or fleet operations management.
- Excellent leadership and vendor management skills.
- Familiarity with vehicle tracking and fleet software.
- Knowledge of compliance and safety regulations.
