The successful candidate will ensure smooth machine operation, high-quality embroidered output, and contribute to promoting the business through social media.

Job Description/Requirements
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate and monitor embroidery machines to meet daily production requirements..
- Change needles, threads, bobbins, and adjust machine settings as needed.
- Assist with hooping fabrics, threading machines, and preparing garments for embroidery.
- Conduct routine maintenance and report any technical issues promptly.
- Ensure quality control of finished products before delivery.
- Take photos/videos of embroidery work in progress and finished pieces for social media content.
- Assist in posting updates and promoting products online.
- Maintain a clean and safe working environment.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Minimum WASSCE / HND.
- Basic technical aptitude and common sense to troubleshoot and solve small mechanical issues.
- Familiarity with social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, WhatsApp Business, etc.).
- Willingness to learn embroidery machine operations.
- Prior experience in embroidery or textile operations is an advantage but not required.
- Strong work ethic, reliability, attention to detail and flexibility to meet production deadlines.
