To effectively supervise consumables, spare parts and tools to achieve maximum use of plants and equipment.

Job Description/Requirements
Key Job Responsibilities
Strategy
- To carry out installation of plant and equipment.
- To service and maintain plant and equipment to be efficient to be efficient or productive.
- To request for consumables spare parts special tools from the spare part store.
- To ensure comprehensive list of spare parts, consumables and tools are maintain to minimum stock level.
- To supervise and take lead roles in trouble shooting and possible remedial works if necessary.
- To ensure subordinates are well dressed and maintain discipline and ensure proper reporting lines.
Other Duties
- To service and maintain all plant and equipment
- To Complete all job request forms and file
- To assist troubleshooting and resolving faults on plant and equipment.
- To liaise between the maintenance officer and team of technicians.
- To Perform any other activities that shall be assigned from time to time.
- Observance of factory code of conduct.
Key Performance Indicators
- Excellent and satisfactory compliance to all SOP
- TAT training on the job
- Able to detect fault on machine
- Equipment downtime
- Adherence to maintenance schedules
- To ensure safety and health procedures are strictly observed.
- Team work is very paramount.
Qualification
- Educational : Min of Degree in Mechanical/Electrical engineering or related field.
- Knowledge : Comprehensive knowledge and understanding of modern trends and developments in the field, Good working Knowledge of industrial relations
- Work Experience : Must have minimum of three (3) years of experience in a similar role.
