Job Description/Requirements
Key Responsibilities:
- Install, configure, and maintain computer hardware, software, and networks.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to desktops, laptops, printers, and servers.
- Monitor system performance and apply updates, patches, and security protocols.
- Support IT infrastructure projects, including upgrades and new deployments.
- Provide user support and training on IT systems and tools.
- Manage data backups and ensure disaster recovery protocols are in place.
- Liaise with vendors and service providers for hardware/software procurement and maintenance.
- Ensure cybersecurity compliance and protect organizational data.
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- 2–4 years of experience in IT support or systems administration.
- Proficiency in Windows/Linux environments, networking, and cloud services.
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
- Experience with ITIL or other service management frameworks is a plus.
Work Environment
- Typically full-time, based in Accra or other major cities.
- May require occasional remote support.
