We are looking for a highly creative and detail-oriented UI/UX Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for crafting seamless, engaging, and user-friendly digital experiences across our web and mobile platforms. You will work closely with product managers, developers, and marketing teams to understand user needs and translate them into intuitive, accessible designs that align with business goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and prototype user interfaces for web and mobile applications using tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch.
- Conduct user research, usability testing, and data analysis to identify user needs and pain points.
- Develop user personas, journey maps, wireframes, and high-fidelity mockups.
- Work closely with front-end developers to implement responsive and pixel-perfect UI designs.
- Create and maintain design systems, pattern libraries, and UI style guides.
- Ensure accessibility and cross-browser/device compatibility.
- Iterate on designs based on user feedback, analytics, and evolving product requirements.
- Collaborate with the product team to define UX strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Stay up-to-date with UI/UX trends, emerging tools, and best practices.
- Any other related duties.
Qualifications
- Minimum of Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), Computer Science, or related field.
- 3+ years of proven experience as a UI/UX Designer, UI Engineer, or similar role.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating UX/UI design skills for web and mobile apps.
- Proficiency in design and prototyping tools: Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, InVision, etc.
- Familiarity with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and front-end development principles (React/Vue knowledge is a plus).
- Strong understanding of responsive design, interaction design, and visual hierarchy.
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
- Knowledge of Agile/Scrum development methodology.
- Experience designing for fintech, healthcare, or enterprise platforms is an advantage.
