International Sales Telemarketing Call Centre Manager

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve sales targets.
• Manage a team of sales executives to achieve sales goals.
  
• Analyze sales data and develop sales reports for presentation to senior management.
• Monitor and improve staff productivity according to company standards.
  
• Ensure adherence to all company policies and procedures.
  
• Conduct regular team meetings to provide feedback on performance.
  
• Develop team members by providing coaching, training, and development opportunities.
• Build relationships with clients to strengthen our presence in the market.
  
• Generate and implement new ideas to improve the effectiveness of the campaigns.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in marketing, business administration or a related field.
• At least 5-7 years' experience in sales management with a proven track record of achieving sales targets.
• Excellent communication skills with a proven ability to motivate teams.
  
• Strong analytical skills to analyze sales data and develop action plans.
  
• Ability to work under pressure and consistently meet targets.
  
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and customer relationship management tools.
  
• Experience in an international telemarketing environment is a plus.
