Technician/draftman At University Of Health And Allied Sciences (uhas) ? Ho

The University of Health and Allied Sciences was established by an Act of Parliament (Act 828 of December 2011) as a public university in Ghana. The main campus, including the central administration, is in Ho. A second campus is to be located in Hohoe. The University will run Bachelor of Science degree courses in health and allied sciences relevant to the health needs of the people of Ghana from September, 2012. Job Summary
Applications are invited from suitably qualified persons for the above position in the Directorate of Works and Physical Development.
Key Responsibilities

• � Interpret architects' sketch designs and produce working drawings there form
• � Prepare building construction details
• � Assist in pursuing approvals from statutory bodies for designs from WPDD
• � Keep record of all drawings
  

Must Possess
Qualification Required & Experience

• � Draftsmanship awarded by ITE, KNUST or Weija or
• � Those coming in fresh must possess a certificate in draughtsmanship awarded by ITE, KNUST or Weija
  

Other Requirements

• � Degree holders must have at least 4 years continuous post qualification working experience in a University or reputable organisation or
• � HND holders must have at least 8 years continuous working experience in a University or reputable organisation
