Job descriptions & requirements
Job Responsibilities:
- Conduct pre-project site surveys, measurements, and technical assessments.
- Prepare and revise racking system layouts, installation drawings, and technical documentation using AutoCAD.
- Manage and supervise the installation and assembly of industrial racking systems.
- Coordinate with site teams to resolve technical issues and ensure project efficiency.
- Develop and implement preventive and periodic maintenance plans.
- Provide technical support, consultancy, and reporting services at customer sites.
Key Requirements:
- Proficiency in AutoCAD with the ability to read, interpret, and prepare technical drawings.
- Valid driver's license and active driving experience.
- Proficiency in French, with the ability to work in Francophone West African countries.
- Experience in conducting site surveys, including pre-project technical inspections, measurements, and reporting.
Additional Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering.
- Experience in industrial racking systems, metal structures, warehouse equipment, or related industries is an advantage.
- Fluent in English (written and spoken).
- Willingness to travel and be stationed across West Africa as required.
- Knowledge of installation, assembly, and maintenance processes.
- Strong teamwork, problem-solving skills, and adaptability to field conditions.
