Job Summary
The Team Lead (Sales and Services) is responsible for overseeing a team of sales and customer service representatives to ensure high performance, achievement of sales targets, and exceptional customer satisfaction. This role involves mentoring and coaching team members, managing daily operations, monitoring performance metrics, and collaborating with other departments to implement strategies that drive business growth. The Team Lead acts as the first point of escalation for customer issues and supports continuous improvement initiatives in both sales and service processes.

Job Description/Requirements
Job Duties:
- Develops and implements sales strategies to achieve sales targets and increase market share.
- Conducts market research and analysis to identify new business opportunities and stay updated on industry trends.
- Manages service team to ensure timely and efficient delivery, assembling and maintenance of machines.
- Manages sales and service teams to ensure success.
- Prepares and presents reports and forecasts to senior management.
- Builds and maintains strong relationships with clients.
- Stays updated on product knowledge and industry developments and attending business conferences.
- Any other related duties as assigned.
Qualifications & Experience Required:
- A minimum of five(5) years work experience in the sale of heavy duty machines or similar role.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to translate goals into initiatives.
- Strong analytical and problem solving capabilities.
- A minimum of postgraduate degree in Business Administration or any related discipline.
