Job Summary
As an associate, you will partner with respective pricing and profitability teams that has a critical role in the growth and profitability of the business and ensure / support key decision-making processes. You will develop detailed financial and operational models, conduct analyses, forecast future outcomes and ensure that team’s initiatives are aligned with the company’s goals and vision.

Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Conduct financial analysis and modeling to support strategic decision-making processes;
- Analyze financial data and trends, identify key insights, and provide recommendations to improve financial performance;
- Monitor financial metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs) to track progress towards strategic goals;
- Identify and prioritize high probability strategic initiatives and take the lead in conducting experimentation to evaluate their feasibility and potential impact;
- Collaborate with multiple cross-functional teams.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Around 2 years of professional experience in corporate finance, strategic finance or FP&A;
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, financial modelling and data analysis tools;
- Experience in querying data and working with large datasets;
- SQL knowledge - intermediate to advanced level is preferred but not a pre-requisite;
- Demonstrated ability to present and clearly articulate data analysis result for non-financial background audience;
- Working experience with BI and analysis tools;
- Strong ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment;
- Excellent command of English.
