Job Summary
Fortis Games is hiring for a Sr. Support Engineer to manage, execute, and track cross functional strategic business support needs within Brazil. This role will focus on providing various aspects of support for team members and business partners within the geographical region but will also include remote support of other regions as needed.

Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Support of the various systems within our technology stack
- Partner with local business leads and team members to identify needs and facilitate their delivery
- Be the subject matter expert to represent the region in strategy and execution as it relates to local laws and regulations
- Identify, onboard, and work with local vendors to facilitate the delivery of equipment as needed
- Participate with project-level tasks and issues for your region
- Manage delivery of regional project according to plans
- Track project, tickets, and other requests’ progress through management software such as Asana, JIRA, Confluence and Google Workspace
- Build relationships with cross functional teams to execute projects and tasks on time and with high quality
- Maintain written and verbal communication with internal and external customers
- Participate in multiple projects concurrently and maintain project-level documentation
- Participate in postmortems and retros to help the organization continuously learn and grow
- Partner with other Workplace Solutions team members to accomplish company, team, and individual objectives
Requirements:
- Experience supporting a regional dispersed technical organization
- Experience working with internal and external partners and vendors to achieve goals on aggressive timelines
- Experience working on complex projects with multiple stakeholders, timelines, and budgets
- Experience with sourcing and procurement procedures
- Experience supporting technology in a remote environment
- Experience with both Mac and Windows
- Experience managing SaaS based collaboration and productivity tools
- Experience working in a game development environment is a plus
- Self-motivated and proactive with demonstrated creative and critical thinking skills
- Excellent communication, organizational, leadership and collaboration skills
