Job Description/Requirements
We are hiring an experienced Spring Developer to design and implement a robust API Gateway and integrate OAuth-based authentication and authorization for our applications. The ideal candidate will work with Zuul, Eureka, and the Spring ecosystem to deliver scalable and secure microservices architecture.
Responsibilities:
Develop and configure an API Gateway using Spring Cloud Zuul for routing and filtering.
Set up service discovery using Spring Cloud Eureka for microservices registration and communication.
Implement secure OAuth 2.0 authentication and authorization using Spring Security.
Optimize API performance and scalability to handle high traffic loads.
Collaborate with other developers to ensure seamless integration with front-end and mobile applications.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to API gateway, authentication, and service communication.
Qualifications:
Strong expertise in Java and the Spring Framework (Spring Boot, Spring Security, Spring Cloud).
Experience with Zuul and Eureka for API Gateway and service discovery.
Proficient in implementing OAuth 2.0 and JWT-based authentication and authorization.
Familiarity with microservices architecture and RESTful API development.
Experience with containerization tools like Docker and orchestration platforms like Kubernetes is a plus.
Knowledge of distributed systems and message brokers (e.g., Kafka) is a bonus.
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work collaboratively.
Preferred Skills:
Experience with monitoring and logging tools (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana, ELK stack).
Understanding of CI/CD pipelines for automated deployment.
