Showroom Sales Assistant

Responsibility:

Customer Engagement:

• Greet and engage customers warmly as they enter the showroom.
• Assist customers in finding products that meet their needs and preferences.
• Provide detailed product information and demonstrations on the products.
• Answer questions and address customer concerns with a friendly and professional attitude.

Sales and Orders:

• Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Answer phone calls and accept online orders.
• Collaborate with the delivery team to coordinate online order fulfillment.
• Assist with content creation for social media

Showroom Maintenance:

• Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the showroom.

Product Knowledge:

• Stay up-to-date with information on the products and promotions.
• Provide insights and feedback from customers to help improve product offerings.

Team Collaboration:

• Work with the team to meet sales targets and objectives.
• Handle any tasks assigned by management within the scope of responsibilities

Requirements:

Education: Diploma or higher.

Experience: Previous experience in retail sales or customer service is an advantage.

Skills and Attributes:

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to build rapport with customers and understand their needs.
• Enthusiastic and outgoing personality.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with point-of-sale (POS) systems.
