  • Job Summary

  • The Shop Manager will oversee the daily operations of the security doors retail outlet, driving sales, ensuring excellent customer service, managing inventory, and leading shop staff to achieve business targets. Key Responsibilities • Manage day-to-day shop operations, ensuring smooth and efficient functioning • Drive sales of security doors and related products to meet or exceed monthly and quarterly targets • Provide product knowledge and guidance to customers on door specifications, materials, and security features • Supervise, train, and motivate sales staff to deliver excellent customer service • Manage stock levels, coordinate with suppliers, and conduct regular inventory checks • Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and after-sales service requests professionally • Monitor competitor pricing and market trends to inform pricing and promotional strategies • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports for management • Ensure the shop’s visual merchandising and displays are attractive and well maintained • Oversee cash handling, POS transactions, and reconciliation of daily sales • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and company policies within the shop • Build and maintain relationships with corporate clients, contractors, and repeat customers • Coordinate delivery and installation schedules with the logistics/installation team 


  • Qualifications & Requirements 
  • • HND/Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field • Minimum 3 years’ experience in retail management, preferably in hardware, building materials, or security products • Strong sales and negotiation skills • Good knowledge of inventory management systems and POS software • Excellent leadership, communication, and customer service skills • Ability to multitask and work under pressure in a fast-paced retail environment • Basic understanding of security door products/materials is an advantage Key Competencies • Customer-focused mindset • Strong organizational and leadership abilities • Sales-driven with a target-oriented approach • Integrity in handling cash and inventory
