Job Summary
We are seeking two dedicated and reliable Shop Assistants—one male and one female—to join our team. The ideal candidates will have the ability to manage the shop independently in the owner’s absence and should be proficient in using operating systems and POS systems.

Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Assist customers with purchases and inquiries, ensuring excellent customer service.
- Manage day-to-day shop operations, including opening and closing procedures.
- Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system efficiently for transactions.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the shop.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist with restocking as needed.
- Ensure accurate record-keeping of sales and inventory.
- Handle cash and reconcile daily sales reports.
- Take initiative in resolving customer complaints and issues promptly.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- HND, Polytechnic, or Diploma qualification.
- Previous experience in retail or a similar role is an advantage.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage the shop independently and responsibly.
- Proficiency in operating systems and POS systems.
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- Trustworthy, dependable, and customer-focused.
Location: Accra-Central, Tudu
Salary Range: Ghc 1200-1500
