We’re looking for a Senior Technical Sourcer to help scale our team building an all-in-one privacy solution and to join our mission to show the world that protecting your privacy online can be simple. You'll be critical in scaling teams working to build our all-in-one privacy solution and accelerating DuckDuckGo's capacity to achieve our mission. Leveraging your communication and people skills, you'll build great relationships with prospective candidates and nurture them until they're ready to make the jump.

- Ability to validate the effectiveness of your sourcing strategies by leveraging market data and efficient feedback loops.
- Experience in building diverse pools of talent across multiple technical disciplines globally.
