Senior Sales Manager

Responsibilities:

• In accordance with the business planning requirements of the used car selling platform, the leader is responsible for formulating the annual work plan and budget for the region, as well as overseeing its implementation.
• Responsible for the organizational performance metrics of this region.
• Propose the organizational structure and position setup for this region, and submit the relevant plan to the Platform HR and Administration Department for approval.
• Design and optimize the processes within the department, and drive and ensure their effective implementation.
• Manage and handle the daily affairs of the department.
• Rationalize the allocation of various tasks within the department and lead subordinates in completing related work assignments.
• According to the company's performance management policy, establish performance evaluation indicators for direct subordinates and conduct their performance assessment.
• Provide necessary work guidance and career development advice to subordinate employees, assist the HR and administrative department in formulating their training plans, and enhance the team's work capabilities

Requirements:

• 5+ years of sales management experience, ideally in car sales or Automobile parts.
• Experience in developing sales plans, budgeting and management, and team management is required  
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet targets under pressure.
• Willing to travel extensively and conduct field visits.
• Competent with basic computer tools – Excel, WhatsApp, and email communication.
