You do not handle cold calling. You will engage directly with high-net-worth individuals, fan groups, and corporate coordinators to guide them through our booking pipeline.

Core Responsibilities
- Inbound Pipeline Execution: Respond immediately to incoming phone calls, WhatsApp messages, and website booking inquiries.
- Consultative Value Selling: Discover traveler requirements and match them perfectly to our premium property inventory.
- High-Ticket Objection Handling: Confidently navigate premium pricing models, trust/security concerns, and logistical questions regarding Canadian stays.
- Contract Closing: Present tailored quotes, negotiate booking terms, issue digital invoices, and secure down payments to finalize accommodation contracts.
- CRM Data Integrity: Maintain strict data hygiene by logging all call notes and deal stages in real-time within the company CRM.
Mandatory Language Requirements
- English + Major National Language: Native or complete bilingual fluency (Written & Verbal) is mandatory. You must be able to seamlessly switch between English and your regional language (French, Spanish, or Arabic) to negotiate with global travelers.
- Key Professional Requirements
- Senior-Level Experience: Minimum 3–5 years of verified experience in Inbound/Outbound Sales Closing, Inside Sales, or High-End Luxury Hospitality/Real Estate booking. Entry-level applicants will not be considered.
- Elite Communication: Flawless business vocabulary and phone presence, with the ability to handle high-ticket objections seamlessly.
- Active Digital & Social Presence: You must possess an active, professional digital footprint and be comfortable leveraging your professional networks.
- Infrastructure Resilience (Non-Negotiable): * A stable, high-speed fiber-optic internet connection (minimum 30 Mbps upload and download).
- A dedicated hardware power backup solution (Inverter/UPS/Solar station) ensuring zero downtime during localized grid failures.

Compensation: Base Salary + Performance Commission on Closed Booking Revenue
