Branch Manager (Tamale)
Job summary
At MPC Limited, we strive to give our customers the best construction equipment at affordable prices. As the Branch Manager, you would lead our efforts to reach and retain customers in northern Ghana. You would ensure the branch runs smoothly and provide excellent customer service to our customers.

Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations of the branch, managing inventory and accounts.
- Market our products and services through field marketing and digital channels.
- Establish and nurture customer relationships to generate sales.
- Develop comprehensive knowledge of our equipment and their use in construction to handle customer enquiries.
- Coordinate sales, deliveries and after-sales service.
- Collaborate with company management to design and implement marketing and sales strategies to meet sales quotas.
- Identify and apply data-driven insights from sales performance data, market research and customer surveys to product requisiton and sales strategies.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Building Technology or related field
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel) and social media
- At least 2 years of experience in sales, trade, business or management
- Technical knowledge of construction and machinery would be an advantage.
