As the Sales Assistant, you would drive our efforts to reach and retain customers in northern Ghana by giving our customers excellent service. You would also assist the Branch Manager in running the branch and marketing our equipment.

Job descriptions & requirements
Responsibilities
- Assist the Branch Manager in daily operations of the shop.
- Make sales, arrange deliveries and respond to after-sales service requests.
- Develop comprehensive knowledge of our equipment and their use in construction to handle customer enquiries.
- Test equipment before sales.
- Assist with sales documentation, transactions and stock-taking.
- Establish and nurture customer relationships to generate sales.
Qualifications
- National Certificate II, Diploma, HND or higher in Marketing, Business Administration, Building Technology or related field or TVET
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel) and social media.
- Previous experience in sales
- Technical knowledge or experience of construction and machinery is a plus.
