Job summary

We are seeking experienced and results-driven Sales Executives to drive business growth through prospecting, client engagement, and closing sales. Candidates with real estate sales experience will be given priority.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and pursue new sales opportunities.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Present products/services and negotiate agreements.
  • Meet or exceed assigned sales targets.
  • Prepare quotations, proposals and sales reports.
  • Follow up on leads and close sales.
  • Maintain accurate customer records.
  • Represent the company professionally.


Requirements

  • Minimum of 2–3 years of proven sales experience.
  • Real estate sales experience is highly preferred.
  • Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Strong prospecting, negotiation and closing skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-motivated, proactive and results-oriented.
  • Professional presentation and customer relationship management skills.
  • HND or Bachelor's degree is an advantage.
