Job summary
We are looking for a Key Accounts Sales Manager who will be responsible for developing and managing strategic relationships with key customers to drive sales growth, maximize profitability, and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction. The role focuses on maintaining long-term partnerships with major retail, wholesale, and distribution accounts while identifying opportunities to expand business.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute account plans for assigned key customers.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Negotiate commercial agreements, pricing, promotions, and trade terms.
- Build strong relationships with key decision-makers within customer organizations.
- Monitor customer performance, sales trends, and market opportunities.
- Coordinate with marketing, supply chain, finance, and customer service teams to ensure excellent account management.
- Manage promotional activities and evaluate their effectiveness.
- Resolve customer issues and ensure timely follow-up.
- Prepare regular sales forecasts and account performance reports.
- Identify opportunities for new product listings and business expansion.
- Follow payment collections and keep healthy ageing report.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, Sales, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of sales experience, preferably in FMCG or consumer goods.
- Experience managing modern trade and key accounts.
