Job summary
The Sales Supervisor (Alternative Business Markets) is responsible for driving sales growth by identifying new business opportunities, expanding the customer base, and strengthening client relationships in alternative markets. The role leads and coaches a team of Sales Executives, develops and implements effective sales strategies, monitors market trends, and collaborates with internal teams to achieve revenue targets, improve customer satisfaction, and support the company's overall business growth.

Responsibilities:
- Drive sales of company products in potential and underserved markets
- Build and lead a high-performing team of Sales Executives.
- Create, expand, and optimize sales distribution channels.
- Monitor market and customer trends to identify opportunities.
- Promote cross-selling, upselling, and the introduction of additional products and services.
- Collaborate with Marketing, Customer Service, Operations, and IT teams.
- Manage and coach Sales Executives through performance expectations and training.
- Prepare sales forecasts and management reports to support business decision-making and continuous business development.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
- At least 5 years of supervisory experience in business development, sales, customer service, or a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of business development strategies and sales growth techniques.
- Understanding of market research methodologies and Ghanaian consumer behaviour.
- Knowledge of company products, industry trends, and the competitive landscape.
- Strong customer service orientation with proven leadership and people management skills.
