Sales Supervisor

Key Responsibilities
- Responsible for the sales of the company's automobiles, exploring business growth opportunities, and achieving the company's sales targets
- Develop and maintain new customers, expand customer channels, follow up on customer development, negotiation, and order follow-up throughout the entire process
- Collect and analyze market and customer information to provide support for business development strategies and enhance market penetration rate
- Based on the overall goals of the sales department, submit sales plans and supervise the implementation of the entire sales process
- Develop weekly and monthly work plans and task objectives
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints, improve satisfaction, increase repurchase rates and referrals
Requirements
- More than 5 years of sales experience, preferably with a background in the automotive or mechanical equipment industry
- Experience in developing new markets and the ability to find unfamiliar customers
- Excellent sales and negotiation skills, strong judgment and communication skills
- Familiar with the characteristics and laws of the sales market in the industry, with strong market analysis skills and sales strategies
Salary: GHS4, 800 - GHS5,300
