Job Summary

We are looking for a driven Sales Executive to grow market share, manage client relationships, and develop new business opportunities. You’ll support product launches, meet sales targets, and work closely with marketing and leadership to drive growth. Experience in sales, project management, or property development is a plus.

Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Grow market share in all verticals within your region.
  • Mange and develop current and new opportunities
  • Continue to nurture the existing key account relationships that the company has in the Market
  • New product launches
  • Ensure that your sales targets are met or exceeded
  • Work with the marketing and leadership team to develop and execute sales and marketing strategies
  • Build portfolio of clients both existing and new
  • Maintain accurate customer and proposal records,
  • Prepare and deliver technical sales presentations and demonstrations showing the capabilities of the product range
  • Provide the most appropriate solution to satisfy your client requirements
  • Contact negotiation and management of customer expectation
  • Closes new business deals by coordinating requirements, developing and negotiating contracts and integrating contract requirements with business operations
  • Developing quotes and proposals for clients.
  • Achieving budgeted as minimum product revenue and margin monthly, and yearly)
  • Achieving targeted product market share
  • Planning and overshadowing new marketing initiatives.
  • Present sales pipeline and target report to business stakeholders.
  • Extensive sales, project management and or property Development experience.



Qualifications & Requirements:

  • 5 years plus management experience in contract management on a senior level.
  • Fluency in oral and written English.
  • IT literacy with efficiency in office.
  • Property development and management with access control and opening solutions product sales.
  • Ability to work closely with architects and contractors on developments and drive to complete within timelines.
  • Experienced with a proven record of accomplish in selling products and solutions into these markets.
  • You will be commercially aware and have an excellent understanding of industry trends and customer demands
  • Ability to travel extensively throughout the region.
