Job Description/Requirements
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain accurate sales records and update documentation regularly.
- Contact customers to inform them of new product arrivals, promotions, or restocks.
- Develop a thorough understanding of all products and their features.
- Assist walk-in customers with product inquiries and recommendations.
- Provide after-sales support and respond to customer queries promptly.
- Support the sales team with administrative tasks and reporting.
- Ensure proper filing and organization of sales-related documents
Requirements:
- Minimum of WASSCE, Diploma, or HND qualification.
- Strong organizational and record-keeping skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to build and maintain positive customer relationships.
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel).
- Sales experience is an advantage.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
