Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and market research.
- Develop and maintain relationships with existing and potential clients to foster loyalty and repeat business.
- Present and promote products/services to prospective customers with a strong understanding of their features and benefits.
- Prepare and deliver sales proposals, quotations, and presentations tailored to client needs.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to execute promotional campaigns and strategies.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and transactions in the CRM system.
- Monitor industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to stay ahead.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Provide feedback to management on market demands, product performance, and customer satisfaction.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree.
- Minimum of 2 years’ proven experience in a sales or business development role.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Results-driven with a passion for sales and customer satisfaction.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools is an added advantage.
