The Sales Officer is responsible for generating leads, closing sales, and building strong relationships with clients and prospects. This role plays a key part in achieving the company’s sales targets through direct client engagement, follow-ups, property presentations, and client relationship management.

Job Description/Requirements
Key Responsibilities:
- Proactively identify, qualify, and follow up on sales leads and prospects.
- Conduct site visits and property presentations for potential buyers.
- Guide clients through the full sales process — from inquiry to final payment and documentation.
- Maintain accurate client records, payment updates, and sales progress in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with the Customer Relationship and Marketing Teams to deliver a seamless customer journey.
- Prepare and submit weekly sales reports, projections, and performance updates.
- Stay informed about current product offerings, pricing, promotions, and competitor activities.
- Represent the company professionally at exhibitions, open houses, and marketing events.
- Assist with the preparation and signing of sales agreements, payment plans, and documentation.
- Ensure high levels of client satisfaction and post-sale follow-up where needed
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor’s Degree or HND in Marketing, Business, or related field.
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in real estate or direct sales.
- Proven sales track record and ability to meet or exceed targets.
- Strong presentation, communication, and negotiation skills.

- Tech-savvy and proficient in CRM and reporting tools.
- Able to work weekends and flexible hours when required.
Location: East Legon Hills Katamanso (Head Office & Project Sites)
Employment Type: Full-Time
Salary Range: GHS 3,000 – GHS 5,000
