Sales Officer

Key Responsibilities:

• Proactively identify, qualify, and follow up on sales leads and prospects.
• Conduct site visits and property presentations for potential buyers.
• Guide clients through the full sales process — from inquiry to final payment and documentation.
• Maintain accurate client records, payment updates, and sales progress in the CRM system.
• Collaborate with the Customer Relationship and Marketing Teams to deliver a seamless customer journey.
• Prepare and submit weekly sales reports, projections, and performance updates.
• Stay informed about current product offerings, pricing, promotions, and competitor activities.
• Represent the company professionally at exhibitions, open houses, and marketing events.
• Assist with the preparation and signing of sales agreements, payment plans, and documentation.
• Ensure high levels of client satisfaction and post-sale follow-up where needed

Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor’s Degree or HND in Marketing, Business, or related field.
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in real estate or direct sales.
• Proven sales track record and ability to meet or exceed targets.
• Strong presentation, communication, and negotiation skills.

Salary Range: GHS 3,000 – GHS 5,000
