Job Summary
Jay Distributions Enterprise is a leading distributor of LED lights and window blinds in Ghana. With locations in Accra and Kumasi, we serve customers nationwide. We seeking to hire Sales & Marketing Representatives for our Kumasi branch.
- Minimum Qualification : High School (S.S.C.E)
- Experience Level : Entry level
- Experience Length : 2 years
Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Visit wholesale markets and retail stores to build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Promote the company’s LED lighting products and household appliances to achieve sales targets.
- Market window blinds and identify new customers and project sites.
- Collect market feedback, submit timely weekly reports, and support product strategy improvements.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- 1–3 years of sales experience (experience in wholesale markets is an advantage).
- Minimum of a high school certificate, diploma, or higher, with strong communication skills.
- Hardworking, responsible, and a team player.
Location: Accra
Salary & Benefits: GHS 5,000 per month (GHS 2,000 basic salary plus monthly commissions of GHS 3,000 or more)
