The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, managing client relationships, executing marketing campaigns, and enhancing the company’s visibility across various platforms.

Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Identify, approach, and convert prospects into long-term clients.
- Develop and execute marketing strategies to promote the company’s services and increase sales.
- Plan, implement, and monitor digital and traditional marketing campaigns.
- Develop engaging content for social media, email newsletters, and marketing materials.
- Monitor customer trends, competitor activities, and industry developments.
- Represent the company in meetings, presentations, and networking events.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business.
- Track and report on the effectiveness of marketing and sales initiatives.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure brand consistency and client satisfaction.
- Assist in setting sales targets and developing action plans to meet them.
Requirements:
- A Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
- 2–4 years of proven experience in a sales or marketing role, preferably in a corporate or B2B environment.
- Strong knowledge of marketing tools, CRM systems, and digital platforms.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite; familiarity with graphic design tools such as Canva , Adobe Suite is an advantage.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical and reporting skills; able to translate data into actionable insights.
- Creative mindset with attention to detail and a passion for brand storytelling.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and meet tight deadlines.
- A proactive, target-driven approach with a strong focus on results.
