Job summary

The Sales & Marketing Officer is responsible for driving sales growth, increasing brand visibility and supporting customer acquisition and retention efforts. This role focuses on developing and executing sales and marketing activities that promote the company’s products, strengthen customer relationships, and expand market presence. A key focus of this position is to support revenue generation through effective customer engagement, market development, promotional activities and coordinated sales efforts aligned with company objectives. The Sales & Marketing Officer works closely with operations, production, and management teams to ensure customer satisfaction, market responsiveness, and achievement of business growth targets.

Key Responsibilities

Sales Development and Customer Management:
  • Identify and pursue new sales opportunities and business partnerships
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and distributors
  • Conduct market visits and customer follow-ups to support sales growth
  • Prepare quotations, sales proposals and customer documentation
  • Monitor customer orders and coordinate with operations for timely delivery
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and address customer concerns promptly


Marketing & Brand Promotion:

  • Support the development and execution of marketing campaigns and promotional activities
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities
  • Promote company products through events, activations, and customer engagement activities
  • Help strengthen brand awareness and market positioning

Reporting & Market Analysis:
  • Prepare regular sales and marketing reports, including sales performance and market feedback
  • Monitor sales targets and provide updates on progress and opportunities
  • Analyze customer trends and provide recommendations for business growth
  • Maintain accurate customer and sales records

Process Improvement & Business Support:
  • Identify opportunities to improve sales performance and customer engagement
  • Support the development of pricing and promotional strategies
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment and service delivery
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives aligned with business objectives

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or a related field
  • Minimum of 2–3 years’ experience in sales and marketing, preferably in FMCG or food manufacturing
  • Strong understanding of sales processes, customer relationship management and marketing principles

Preferred Profile:
  • Strong communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills
  • Goal-oriented with strong customer service focus
  • Good analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to work independently and meet sales targets
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Strong organizational and reporting skills
  • Proactive mindset with a focus on growth and continuous improvement
